✅ Lead, mentor & grow a high‑performing sales team ✅ Build strategic partnerships with key hospital stakeholders ✅ Drive quarterly & annual sales targets in patient monitoring and life support across Germany ✅ Shape territory strategy, competitive positioning & account plans ✅ Oversee forecasting, pipeline management & CRM excellence (C4C) ✅ Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Clinical teams for powerful go‑to‑market execution ✅ Support major product launches & champion Mindray’s PMLS portfolio
What You Bring
⭐ 7–10+ years sales experience in patient monitoring and life support devices ⭐ Strong leadership background with proven team‑building success ⭐ Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring / life support solutions ⭐ Strategic mindset, outstanding communication & strong business acumen
⭐ Ability to work in Germany without the requirement of company sponsorship
⭐ Inspirational people management experience ⭐ Fluent German + professional English ⭐ Willing to travel 60–80% across Germany
