  • Serve as a primary escalation point for production issues and align stakeholders on incident response and resolution planning
  • Oversee change management workflows, ensuring deployments are assessed for risk and readiness
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into system health, regression quality, and delivery velocity
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, retrospectives, and proactive issue prevention
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to assess technical debt, prioritize fixes, and balance maintenance with new feature delivery
  • Coach and mentor other program managers supporting production operations
  • Represent the R&M function in cross-organizational planning and quarterly release readiness forums

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program or technical project management, with at least 3 in a production environment
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations, reliability, or sustaining engineering programs

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EV charging platforms (CPMS, OCPP), mobile/backend app ecosystems, or other distributed systems
  • Familiarity with incident management platforms, observability tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience operationalizing DORA metrics or ITIL-based change management practices
  • Comfortable leading in a global, matrixed environment with stakeholders across time zones

What We Offer

  • A work environment that allows you to work with and learn from some of the best and brightest in this emerging industry

  • The freedom to learn, suggest, and implement innovative new ideas applied to our systems, processes, programs and technologies
  • Daily ownership of your role in a challenging, high-growth environment.
  • A casual work environment and culture that support work life ‘fit’, enabling you to fit life into your work and work into your life, i.e. flexible scheduling, virtualization options, and a generous holiday package
  • Competitive pay and benefits programs designed to enable you to thrive inside and outside of work
  • Participation in Shell Recharge Solutions’ performance and rewards bonus program
  • Health benefits for employees
  • Innovative Paid Time Off Program
  • 9/80 Flex Work schedule
