Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Up-sell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
