Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry clerk to join our team. As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for entering data into our system, conducting online research studies, and participating in product testing and focus groups. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct online research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions
- Use a computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients via email and phone
- Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish is a plus
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using a smartphone
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
