Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. You'll work closely with our internal and external clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through daily outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Scheduling appointments and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through daily outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Schedule appointments and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environment is essential
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Service Titan experience is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with sales and revenue growth strategies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
