What You'll Do

As a Secretary / Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office, providing crucial support that helps our team excel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.

  • Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

  • Assisting with special projects and day-to-day office operations.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a candidate who is:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Experienced in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
