  • Shift Differential: Receive a $1.50 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6PM-6AM, and a $1.00 per hour weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday shifts between 6am-6pm.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls

in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Listening actively

to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.

Accessing cardholder accounts

to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.

Assisting cardholders

with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.

Processing transactions efficiently

via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.

Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner

while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge

of company and client programs, policies, and technology.

Supporting team operations

during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period. As a customer service enthusiast, you'll excel in navigating multiple screens and applications while guiding customers to the best solution. You'll be a calm and composed professional who can navigate challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Age: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience.
  • Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Compliance: Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training.
  • Internet Service: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Work Area: Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment.
  • Internet Speed Test: Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
  • Computer Skills: Have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having 1+ years of previous call center experience will be an asset in this role.
