Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary project basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services to our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Separate large manuals into individual documents

• Add file names to documents
• Use documents to add data to spreadsheet
• Other projects as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma

• Previous data entry/database experience
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain focus performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently or as a team member to meet organizational objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working on temporary or contract projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy rates

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
