Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing technical support. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for health insurance will make all the difference. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, and regulatory guidelines a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on health insurance or a related industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Spanish bilingual skills a plus
  • Experience with data entry, application processing, and customer account management
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and ACA requirements
