Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and providing technical support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that our products and services meet their needs.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving complex issues and providing technical support
  • Manage customer accounts, including application data entry and updates
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support

Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
