The Product Manager is a key role within our Product Management team, tasked with the development and execution of our software products. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure product-market fit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of technical acumen, analytical capability, and market insight, combined with a value-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product releases in line with the publicly stated roadmap commitments and sprint schedules.
- Document and execute product decisions driven by customer feedback, thorough market analysis, and data on product use.
- Drive growth in key business metrics through the strategic execution of initiatives outlined in the product roadmap.
- Meet development sprint goals by ensuring clear documentation of requirements and gaining buy-in from engineering, sales, and support teams.
- Meet product profit and loss targets by making informed forecasting and resource allocation decisions.
