Manager – iDAT

Role Summary:

Lead and manage the iDAT team to ensure effective performance management, resource allocation, and process execution aligned with organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement, support team development, and maintain high-quality data and review standards.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Set SMART goals and manage performance through timely feedback and regular follow-ups.
  • Recognize and nominate team members for awards and encourage professional growth.
  • Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively among technical team members.
  • Provide necessary training, process guidance, and assess team capabilities.
  • Manage workflow, priorities, and quality control, including tracking reviewer feedback.
  • Approve time entries and monitor team availability and work hours.
  • Identify and manage performance improvement plans for underperformers.
  • Prepare consolidated rating sheets after project completions and coordinate related data.
  • Execute established technical workflows and strategic methodologies.
  • Coordinate with project management and review leads to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, anticipate issues, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Foster team building and resolve conflicts efficiently
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in performance management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable feedback.
  • Skilled in process improvement and workflow management.
  • Conflict resolution and mentoring capabilities.
  • Familiarity with time tracking, project rating systems, and performance metrics.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams, preferably in data analytics or IT environments.
  • Experience with performance management frameworks and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices is a plus.
