Global Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Specialist (City-State-Country, City-State-Country, City-State-Country)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you’ll help shape how Danfoss connects with talent globally. Your work will strengthen our ability to attract diverse, future-ready talent who contribute to engineering a more sustainable future.

You will bring our career opportunities to life by telling the real story of who we are and why our work matters. Through your efforts, more people will discover their place at Danfoss and feel inspired to join us.

By partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders, you will help us elevate our employer brand and build strong talent pipelines in markets where we continue to grow.

You’ll be part of a global team where your ideas matter and your work has real impact. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across regions, functions, and cultures while shaping how we attract talent for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and activate talent communities through targeted outreach, ongoing nurturing activities, and community management that keeps talent engaged over time.
  • Plan and execute digital recruitment marketing campaigns to increase visibility, expand reach, and attract high-quality candidates across critical talent segments.
  • Create impactful employer brand content - including social media posts, presentations, and creative templates - that resonate in key markets and creates a consistent, compelling presence across platforms.
  • Facilitate and host global meetings, workshops, and training sessions for Hiring Managers, HR, TA, and our ambassador network to build branding and communication capabilities.
  • Use talent and market insights to guide attraction strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • You have experience in talent attraction, community management, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area - and you’re familiar with working in a global corporate environment.
  • You know how to use digital and social media channels to proactively engage talent and bring employer brands to life.
  • You build trust quickly and communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
  • You enjoy researching talent markets and using insights to guide your approach.
  • You bring strong project management and stakeholder management skills to keep initiatives on track and ensure alignment across teams.
  • You have proficient English skills that allow you to communicate confidently in our international environment.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
