The Director of Member Growth, Lifecycle Marketing is a critical leadership role that will drive how we acquire, engage, and retain members through strategic, data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will lead and scale our lifecycle marketing team, build best-in-class automated journeys, and develop multi-channel engagement strategies that improve funnel conversion rates and drive revenue. This leader must have a growth marketing mindset, be highly data-driven, and have deep expertise in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing automation (ideally Iterable). They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless execution. The role is hybrid based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 3 days a week at 60 Madison Avenue. Responsibilities include leading and scaling a high-performing team, owning and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, direct mail), enhancing funnel performance, leveraging data and experimentation, scaling automation and personalization, refining and implementing QA processes, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Data/BI, and CS teams, Martech subject matter expertise, and measuring and reporting impact. Success metrics include increased funnel conversion, scalable and automated processes, high-impact testing and optimization, improved reporting and visibility, rigorous QA and process excellence, strong cross-functional partnerships, and proven business impact. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in lifecycle/growth marketing preferably in healthtech, expertise in marketing automation platforms (ideally Iterable), channel expertise, strong analytical and data-driven skills, process and QA management skills, growth marketing mindset, excellent collaboration skills, leadership experience, and passion for mental health and healthcare innovation. The target base salary range is $173,110 - $216,390 with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
