Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all operational and merchandising tasks on Bose. XX.
• Ensure timely updates to the site for all operational tasks.
• Support optimization of product sales, product launches, and promotions across Bose. XX.
• Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and correctly implemented across all supported websites.
• Maintain and optimise merchandising, including product recommendations, cross-sells, up-sells and search across Bose. XX.
• Support global alignment for planned new product launches and maintain localised DTC calendar.
• Maintain product promotional pricing in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Support lifecycle management of core products, accessories and refurbished products in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Assist in testing of site operations, maintenance, and development activities.
• Help develop and document business requirements for Bose. XX capability improvements and support their delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and non-DTC functions to ensure Bose. XX supports their objectives.
• Assist in creating performance reports, providing insights into eCommerce and site performance.
• Maintain calendars, tasks, updates, and shared departmental documents to support team operations.
• Supporting the North American & APAC Bose. XX eCommerce sites when required.  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce operations or merchandising roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and/or other Salesforce tools.
• Experience with marketplaces is highly desirable.
• Experience working within Agile-structured teams, including use of project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones is preferred.
• Experience working within Agile-structured teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• French and/or German is a bonus but not essential.
