Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, maintain records, coordinate communications, and assist various departments with administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics

  • Assist with data entry and record management

  • Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management software or CRM systems

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong multitasking ability
