Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and driving engagement through smart, data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging, creative captions in both Arabic and English while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and community interactions.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and advertising teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights and KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Arabic.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
• Experience in content creation, especially short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Stories).
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling social content.
