Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring efficient and effective management, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of successful operations management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the operations of all properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Monitor property budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Hire, train, and supervise property management staff, including property managers, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel

- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in an operations management role

- Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting systems

- Proven experience in budget management and cost control

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management
