You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide training and support on various software and systems, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to our team on various software and systems, including management software, email systems, and hardware devices

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

Collaborate with our IT team to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the company is using the most efficient and effective tools

Assist with the implementation of new software and systems

Communicate technical information and updates to team members and client in a clear and concise manner

Provide excellent customer service and ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
