Lead Senior Frontend (English)
Position Overview
We are searching for a Lead Frontend Engineer who combines a passion for coding with leadership abilities. This role requires an expert in TypeScript and React, willing to tackle complex rendering challenges using Reactflow and canvas. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, spending 70% of their time coding and 30% leading, mentoring, and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
- We need someone who is 100% part of the team and not under a contractors mindset.
- This crucial role needs much sync time between other leads and management. We cant tackle this mostly "async".
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Development: Write high-quality code using TypeScript and React, handling complex rendering tasks with expertise.
- State Management: Implement and simplify complex state management systems for React, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize components for rendering and data fetching to enhance user experience and application performance.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to align frontend development with the overall product strategy.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and trends, continuously improving personal skills and the team's capabilities.
Essential Qualifications
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and React, Proven ability to implement, manage, and simplify state in React applications.
- Demonstrated skill in optimizing frontend performance.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and guiding engineers.
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-paced, excellence-driven environment.
- Experience implementing unit tests and end-to-end tests
- Experience setting up frontend observability and monitoring
