Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Data Entry Clerk will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This is a permanent job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at M&D BROKERAGE INC, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating client information into our database. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with our team of financial advisors and support staff to ensure that client records are up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update client information into our database

- Verify accuracy and completeness of information

- Maintain confidentiality of client information

- Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy of data

- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or related field

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous experience in the financial services industry is an asset
