Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School (Diploma or Bachelors degree is preferred).
  • Proven experience managing active social media accounts.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment process and hiring workflow.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with candidates via direct messages and digital channels.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work based on performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiar with Google Sheets or candidate database systems.
  • High level of discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the companys recruitment social media accounts to ensure they remain active and professional.
  • Ensure all recruitment content and job postings align with current hiring needs.
  • Maintain consistency in publishing recruitment content and job vacancies.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates.
  • Ensure all candidates sourced from social media are properly recorded and documented.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool ready to be processed by recruiters.
  • Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports.
  • Actively coordinate with recruiters and relevant internal teams.
