We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling scheduling, coordinating with departments, and assisting in data analysis to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the COOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel.

· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Conduct data collection and perform basic analysis to support operational decisions.

· Create reports, presentations, and summaries based on performance and operational data.

· Liaise with various departments to gather insights and ensure alignment on key projects.

· Act as the main point of contact for the COO with internal and external stakeholders.

· Organize and maintain confidential records and documents.

· Handle ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in a similar role (experience supporting C-level executives preferred).

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, and basic data visualization tools.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in [English and/or Arabic].

· High level of discretion and professionalism.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online productivity tools.

· Familiarity with business intelligence or project management.

· Experience working in a fast-paced or executive office environment.

· Flexibility for occasional after-hours suppor
