As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, managing office supplies and resources, coordinating schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for both internal staff and external partners. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement office policies, streamline processes, and foster effective communication across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel plans for staff members and executives.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees, management, and external vendors or partners.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote productivity and compliance.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and staff activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and performance feedback as needed.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, telephone calls, and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor office budgets and assist in financial reporting and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Leadership experience with the capability to supervise and motivate administrative staff.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
