Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
• Proactively upsell platform features and offer tailored solutions to meet provider needs
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve provider workflows on the platform
• Represent the organization’s voice, creating positive impressions and resolving issues promptly
• Develop a thorough understanding of the platform to inspire provider engagement and adoption
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on the provider experience
