Marketplace Optimization Coordinator - Marketplace Partnership

Front Row is looking for a Marketplace Optimization Specialist to lead in elevating brand visibility and performance across Amazon in the beauty and wellness category. This role involves driving discoverability and conversion through SEO tactics and integrating generative AI tools into content workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support the SEO team in executing organic optimization strategies across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands, with a focus on driving visibility, rankings, and conversion
  • Assist in creating SEO-friendly copy that aligns with brand voice, content briefs, and SEO analytics
  • Pull and organize data for regular and ad hoc reporting, helping the team track performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Help maintain adherence to content guidelines, quality standards, and tone of voice across deliverables
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and developments in SEO and eCommerce content
  • Support SEO best practices across product detail pages (PDPs), storefronts, A+ content, and brand store experiences
  • Assist in analyzing competitive trends, search dynamics, and consumer behaviour to surface growth opportunities and optimization gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, brand, and tech to support broader eCommerce and content initiatives

Skills

  • Internship or equivalent experience in SEO, digital marketing, eCommerce, content writing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and search performance metrics
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy
  • Technical proficiency and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets). Comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting
  • Comfortable working with data and translating findings into actionable insights or clear summaries for the team
  • A creative yet analytical mindset — able to spot patterns, ask questions, and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging tools, including GenAI platforms like ChatGPT, to support content and workflow efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace SEO tools (e.g., Helium 10, DataDive) is a strong plus but not required
