Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticketing, reservations, baggage policies, and other airline services. • Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to higher management when necessary. • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer requests. • Stay up-to-date with Delta Airlines’ policies, promotions, and travel guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy with customers. • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms. • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment. • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, systems, and customer needs. Experience • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage. • Familiarity with remote work tools and digital communication platforms is a plus. Working Hours • This is a full-time remote position. • Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements. • Work-from-home setup required with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
