Fora Financial is a technology-enabled provider of flexible financing to small and medium-sized businesses. The Account Manager role involves handling inbound requests from new partners while supporting top producers and learning the essentials of business development.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
  • Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review
  • Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary
  • Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture
  • Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking
  • Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions within the team and to clients. Well-spoken, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal interactions
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications
