ANALYST I
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking a Position Control and Recruitment Analyst to join their team. This role involves performing analytical and administrative tasks related to position control and recruitment for the Technology Services Division, working closely with management and the Human Resources Bureau.
Responsibilities
- Preparing refill, new position, and transfer package documents for TSD management and HRB review
- Routine review and analysis of all positions within the division and updating records to reflect position changes
- Partnering with leadership on high level restructuring, workforce planning, and other position alignment efforts
- Providing administrative support to the division and serving as a back up to Office Services Unit team members
