[Remote] Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist will conduct quality control reviews of valuation products across the United States, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Reviews all incoming valuation products
- Reads and comprehends valuation reports to ensure high quality and that reports meet USPAP and Lender Requirement
- Checks property for adverse factors via aerial and street scenes
- Reviews subject condition reports
- Understands and follows GSE and client guidelines
- Reviews and can understand UCPD/EAD SSR’s warnings and indicators
- Professionally and accurately requests conditions to be completed by the appraiser
- Escalate appropriately as determined by guidelines

- Appraisal Management Company experience
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, and computer printer
- Current or past license a plus, but not required
