The role involves managing workflows, resolving campaign errors, and collaborating with internal teams to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns using leading CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Managing workflows and segmentation implementation within the CRM
- Investigating and resolving campaign errors
- Providing input on campaign metrics and performance
- Participating in daily and weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in deliverables and alignment on project goals

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience with CRM platforms

- Knowledge of segmentation, implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Postsecondary education in Marketing, Computer Science or related field

- Experience with HTML, CSS, or digital communication
- Proactive problem-solving mindset; always seeking opportunities to technically optimize, automate, and help with developing MarTech solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign
- Completed certification (or interest in obtaining certification) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign
