About the Role

Obran Health is seeking a high-ownership, early-career Employee Engagement & Recruiting Specialist to help us build an exceptional employee experience for our distributed clinical team. We’re looking for someone who learns fast, takes initiative to improve systems, and loves integrating technology to make processes smoother and smarter. Just as importantly, you’re someone who naturally builds relationships — proactively checking in with our clinicians, anticipating their needs, and helping create a welcoming, responsive, and supportive culture across our offices and field teams. If you’re energized by building, fixing, improving, and owning outcomes, and by being the person who makes employees feel seen, supported, and connected, this role is for you. About Obran Health Obran Health is building the largest worker-owned home-based healthcare company in the U.S. We operate worker-owned home healthcare agencies in California, with clinicians serving patients across multiple regions. Our mission is to empower caregivers by giving them voice, ownership, and meaningful participation in the organizations where they work. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and office roles, optimizing job postings and sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch, responsive candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve speed and quality of hire
  • Onboarding: Lead thorough, welcoming, and efficient new hire onboarding and orientations, improving workflows to reduce friction and increase engagement
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate, compliant employee files and documentation. Manage offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends
  • Employee Engagement & Experience: Serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees. Lead engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs. Partner with leadership to improve retention and morale.
  • Office Operations: Ensure a professional, organized office environment by managing mail, supplies, and general administrative needs to support our clinical field team and office operations. You will be based in the office 5 days/week
