Coyote Stone Medical, a leading national provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional service, expertise, and navigating the prescription process seamlessly. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential customers, with a strong focus on Orthopedic surgeons, Occupational Medicine, Pain Management specialists, and facilities specializing in those areas.
  • Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to recommend the most appropriate DME solutions, drawing on your in-depth knowledge of medical devices and equipment relevant to these specialties.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their patients' needs and ensure appropriate prescriptions are written for our DME products.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasive presentations, highlighting the clinical benefits and cost-effectiveness of your offerings specifically for Orthopedic, Occupational Medicine, and Pain Management needs.
  • Manage assigned territories and achieve established sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to the DME market, particularly within these targeted specialties and the prescription process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably within the DME industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas in a medical sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with healthcare professionals in Orthopedic, Occupational Medicine, and Pain Management fields.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with coursework or experience in healthcare or life sciences, is preferred.
  • Experience navigating the prescription process for DME is a strong plus.
