Job Details The Role Quick Take – The Senior Director of Demand Generation has global responsibilities for leading the design, execution and results of multi-national, cross-channel campaigns that promote customer acquisition, customer retention and drive brand loyalty for both B2B and B2C audiences. This position is ultimately responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and meet sales targets. This role requires an individual who can approach it with the ability to collaborate on the marketing technology strategy and get into the weeds in the daily work. You will lead a team of marketing professionals responsible for day-to-day management, goal setting, reviews, and other performance indicators. In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion. The Work – Demand Generation

  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geography and persona.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage and measure lead generation initiatives including: Events, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Advertising, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Support the marketing organization and business with effective reporting to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend. Marketing Automation Platform Management
  • Own, manage, and optimize the marketing technology stack (salesforce, marketing automation, and account-based marketing platforms.) and the end-to-end processes:
  • enable lead routing and scoring,
  • support delivery of demand generation,
  • report progress of funnel management and pipeline forecast,
  • track conversion rates across global demand generation programs. Segmentation and Targeting and Account Based Marketing
  • Develop and implement data-driven segmentation strategies to enhance audience targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define buyer personas and customer journey mapping.
  • Analyze data and user behavior to refine segmentation strategies continually. Website Ownership
  • Own and oversee multiple web properties and calls to action, chatbots and live chat, including improving website lead and traffic performance, and facilitating website update requests.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and messaging.
  • Work with designers and developers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic and engagement, implementing SEO and content strategies for improved performance. The Must-Haves –
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environment for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Any additional experience working in a dual-sided B2B and B2C environment would be a plus.
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, Business, or another related field
  • Deep experience with modern B2B MarTech infrastructure such as: Salesforce, marketing automation, and account-based marketing platforms.
