The Role

As a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging
  • Responding in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Resolving complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
  • Documenting client interactions and following up as appropriate
  • Staying up to date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices
  • Attending regional trainings twice a year ### Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills, including typing and navigating different software programs (proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor
  • Passion for beauty and conservation
  • Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends, and some holidays ### Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team ### Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the luxury beauty industry and trends
