Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and update data into spreadsheets and company databases, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets and company databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Verify the accuracy of information and correct discrepancies, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Organize and maintain files and records for easy access, ensuring timely retrieval of information. Ensure timely completion of daily assignments, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Collaborate with the Worknovaq team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management. Prior data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or computer science. Experience with data entry software and systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Schedule and Compensation We offer a flexible scheduling arrangement, with part-time hours available between 5 PM and 10 PM EST, Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work 3-4 hours per evening, with a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.
