- Our new state-of-the-art facility offers a huge inventory, service department, movie theater, kiddie zone, café, and free wi-fi. Automotive Internet Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handle internet leads in a timely fashion, follow-up, set appointments, sell the vehicle. A portal to portal position.
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle features.
- Commit to becoming an automotive internet sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate our industry leading features.
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
- Follow up with prospective customers via email, phone, and text.
- Responsible for enhancing personal sales through mastering the phone, following call scripts, and setting appointments to visit the Dealership.
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.

- The ideal candidates must have a strong desire to succeed and be highly competitive.
- Prior experience with Internet Sales a must.
- Steady work history.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Good computer, phone, CRM, and internet proficiency.
- Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through with Customers.
- Saturday availability a must as well as some evening hours
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen. Job Type: Full-time Required experience:
