Job Summary The HR Compliance Coordinator provides part-time and temporary HR administrative support to all Shake Shack employees with a focus on Form I-9, Social Security Verifications, HR data accuracy, and other administrative duties as needed. Eligible locations

  • Onsite - Atlanta, GA Support Center (2 Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Ave SE Atlanta, GA)
  • Onsite - New York Support Center (225 Varick St. New York, NY)

Job Details

  • This role is part-time / temporary and is currently only approved through 12/31/26.
  • Expected hours per week: 5-7 hours
  • Expected pay range: $23.00 - $30.00 /hour
  • Onsite

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports E-Verify process for new hires
  • Supports Social Security Administration mismatch process
  • Ensure Form I-9 reverifications are completed timely
  • Supports other HR administrative duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Form I-9 and labor laws.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Knowledge in HRIS &report tracking systems preferred.
