Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and clean, efficient code.
- Build and maintain native web components and reusable UI elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to the evolution of development standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team. Must-Have Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in front-end development or related IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS 3.
- Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, Webpack, and native web components.
- Familiarity with Junit and Jasmine testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest in mentoring and contributing to internal development communities. Work Details
