Property Marketing Manager Location: Atlanta United States Job Description: Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing Location(s) Atlanta - Georgia - United States of America, Chicago - Illinois - United States of America, Denver - Colorado - United States of America, Nashville - Tennessee - United States of America, San Francisco - California - United States of America, Seattle - Washington - United States of America, Washington, D.C. - District of Columbia - United States of America About the Role: As a CBRE Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with the property marketing team to support marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or development projects to prospective occupants and their brokers. This role will serve both in a supporting property marketing strategists with larger project efforts, as well as managing smaller projects and campaigns independently. The ideal candidate can help tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. The ideal candidate is not only curious, but has strong organization and communication skills, and is a natural connector. This is a hybrid role and may be based in any of the listed cities, provided the candidate is within close proximity to a CBRE office. What You'll Do: Serve as a centralized expert supporting discovery process, industry research, production logistics and vendor coordination. Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development, digital presentations, email campaigns, paid media, websites and event concepting. Manage workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics. Coordinate with internal design teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines are met and that all materials meet established standards to branding and messaging Track results and manage reporting Support knowledge management function, including team case studies, best-in-class libraries, and audience personas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction. Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor/client relationships. Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Experience in (or familiarity with) the commercial real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Marketing Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Marketing Manager position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
