Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing multilingual support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish (or other designated languages)

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other designated languages)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture
