Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Web Research Assistant – Digital Content Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, web research, and digital content coordination. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our digital content, databases, and documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks, including data collection, verification, and validation

  • Conduct web research to gather information and update digital content
  • Coordinate updates across internal and external-facing digital platforms, databases, and documents
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of digital content, databases, and documents
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's digital content and platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and web research

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, web research, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and web research tools

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's digital platforms and content management systems
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in data entry or web research
