Job Summary

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Meet productivity requirements and adhere to data entry standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Open Office
  • Familiarity with basic data processing applications and software
  • Reliable internet connection and computer or laptop device
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
