Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in our drive-thru and front-of-house areas. This includes taking orders, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and providing top-notch service to our guests. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service, we want you to join our crew!
Key Responsibilities
* Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently
* Assemble orders and deliver food to customers in a timely manner
* Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
* Provide top-notch service to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues
* Work together as a team to ensure continuity of service and meet customer needs
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the restaurant
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
