Your Responsibilities

As an Italian Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our customers in Greece. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to car dealers' inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Working effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Being positive, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a desire to continuously improve our processes and services
  • Providing and maintaining strong, professional communication with all stakeholders, always showing empathy and understanding

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Italian, with excellent writing skills and a good command of English

  • Technical aptitude, with a basic understanding of Windows, shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting
