Software Quality Engineer III

POSITION OVERVIEW: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive software testing strategies. In this role, there is a critical part in maintaining the integrity and performance of our software solutions through the development of both automated and manual testing methods. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design, develop, and execute software test plans using both automated and manual testing methods to ensure software products meet defined specifications and standards. 2. Translate existing manual test cases into automated scripts to support continuous testing and integration. 3. Present testing progress, issues, and results to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 4. Identify and implement improvements to testing processes and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and product quality. 5. Apply industry standards, internal procedures, and functional specifications to shape effective testing strategies. 6. Set up, configure, and maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration. 7. Stay current with evolving testing tools, technologies, and best practices in software quality engineering. 8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 9. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
• Four (4) years’ experience in computer support or information technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership, customer and people development skills.
• Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Some travel
