Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and used to improve our services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
