Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to assist us with a manual research and data entry project involving approximately 3,000 Instagram handles. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for searching each Instagram handle, extracting relevant information, and entering the findings into our master Excel sheet. You'll also be tasked with searching for the same handle or brand on TikTok and extracting additional information. If you're comfortable working with social media platforms, have strong Excel skills, and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant on our research and data entry team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Searching each Instagram handle and extracting the following information:
+ Direct Instagram profile URL
+ Public email address (from bio or contact button)
+ Follower count
+ Number of posts
* Searching for the same handle or brand on TikTok and extracting the following information:
+ TikTok profile URL (if available)
+ Public email (if listed)
+ Follower count
+ Number of posts/videos
* Entering all findings into our master Excel sheet under the following fields:
+ Instagram Username
+ Instagram Profile URL
+ Instagram Email Address
+ Instagram Follower Count
+ Instagram Number of Posts
+ TikTok Profile URL (if available)
+ TikTok Email Address (if available)
+ TikTok Follower Count
+ TikTok Number of Posts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong Excel skills (you'll be working with structured spreadsheets and ensuring 100% accuracy)
* Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok for manual research
* Fluent in English for understanding bios, email formats, and social content
* Attention to detail — this is all about accuracy
* Efficient time management (we don't want this dragging out)
Bonus Points
If you have any of the following skills or experience, you'll be at an advantage in this role:
* Experience with similar social media research or influencer data tasks
* Familiarity with browser plugins or extensions like Email Extractor (but you must still manually verify accuracy)
* Understanding of influencer vetting or brand marketing work
