The Role
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests through live chat. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests through live chat.
- Provide solutions that are customer-centric, clear, and timely, using your expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone in all communications, building trust and rapport with customers.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality service.
What You'll Need
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Proven Customer Service Experience: Previous live chat experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong Typing Skills: Minimum 35 WPM, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Positive, Can-Do Attitude: A desire to help others, with a positive and proactive approach to customer service.
