  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer operations, comfortable navigating multiple software applications simultaneously, and a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional business writing style.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split‑day shifts, to meet member demand.
